Forssell joins Finland injured list uefa.com - UEFA EURO 2008™ - News - News Specific: "Striker Mikael Forssell will miss Finland's last UEFA EURO 2008™ qualifier of the year, at home to Armenia next Wednesday, after having surgery to repair cartilage damage in his right knee.
Injury list It is not the same knee that caused the 25-year-old, now with Birmingham City FC in England's second division, so many problems during his time at Chelsea FC. Forssell has joined Finland captain Jari Litmanen on the sidelines for the Group A game in Helsinki, for which midfielders Aki Riihilahti and Teemu Tainio are also injured.
